• When tickets are available for purchase, you will be presented with a seating chart when this page is accessed.
  • Select the GREEN seat(s) (available), select your meal, and add it to your cart.
  • IMPORTANT: If you have a dietary restriction, please select the “Dietary Restriction” ticket type and enter your restriction, e.g., gluten-free, vegan, etc. Every effort will be made to provide you with a meal that meets your requirements.
  • The system will hold your seat(s) for 15 minutes. While in your cart, it will appear GREY to you and RED to anyone else (and unclickable).
    • If you do not complete the checkout process within 15 minutes, your seats will become available to another person.
• To purchase an entire table, select every seat and assign a meal choice to it.
  • You MUST be ready to enter each Attendee’s name, phone number (highly recommended), and Dietary Restriction (if any).

Your seat assignment (of your choice) will be formatted like the example.

• Seat numbering starts from the right (3:00 o’clock) and moves clockwise around the table
• T stands for Table
  • 1 (001) is the table number in the example
    • There are a total of 110 tables
• S stands for Seat
  • There are 10 seats per table
